Our Story
tiq is the result of and answer to a huge problem our founder encountered while working in the web development industry: How can customers/clients/testers/managers and co. give feedback to the products developed in a simple and streamlined way? Currently, this is done through Excel-Sheets, written notes, huge e-mails, and so on... Now add in the fact that simple notes often miss out critical information needed for solving problems quickly ("What device did you use?", "Were you logged in?") and it get's quite shocking when thinking about the fact that these manual test and feedback processes are making up more than 8% of overall costs in web development!
